Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Color Mindful (colormindful.com) by Antony White trading as Color Mindful.

1. Your statutory rights (UK & EU consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content for any reason and receive a full refund.

Important: this right does not apply if you start downloading or using the digital content before the 14-day period ends, provided you:

  1. Gave express prior consent for immediate access, and
  2. Acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel by doing so.

Our checkout consent

When you make a purchase, you must tick a checkbox that says (in summary):

"I agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. I want immediate access to the digital content I am buying and I understand that by accepting, I waive my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013."

The checkbox is required to complete the purchase. By ticking it, you waive the 14-day right to cancel for that specific purchase.

If you want to keep the 14-day right to cancel, do not complete the standard checkout. Instead, contact us at hello@colormindful.com before purchasing — we can manually arrange a delayed-access purchase that preserves your statutory cancellation period.

2. Pack purchases (one-time)

Once you have ticked the consent box and accessed the pack, all sales are final under our Terms.

We will, however, consider refunds in these circumstances:

To request a refund: email hello@colormindful.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 7 days.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to all paid features until then, and you will not be billed again.

We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access for the remainder of that month.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@colormindful.com with:

We aim to respond within 3 working days and process eligible refunds within 7 working days.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer (typically 5-10 working days).

We do not provide refunds in cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first at hello@colormindful.com. We will respond promptly and aim to resolve the matter directly.

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution and may charge an administrative fee for processing the dispute (£15 maximum, in line with industry norm).

7. Sale of digital content under £42

Section 36 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers digital content. Where digital content does not conform to expected quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund. Contact us at hello@colormindful.com within 30 days of purchase to report any issues.
